VEPPO CHANGES THAT BENEFIT YOU
In January, we switched to the Shopify e-commerce platform thinking it was a move in the right direction. It ended up causing so many tech, loyalty point and other ordering issues that became a serious disservice to you and to Veppo.
This week, we’re switching back to our original provider and we think you’re going to like the changes.
1: UP-TO-DATE INVENTORY
This was the biggest fail that the new system caused for Veppo and ultimately for you. We’re serious about rectifying that and never selling something we don’t have in stock. When the new site launches, you can be sure that if you can order something, it’s in stock and will ship out the next day (except on weekends….because we take those days off to be with our families and friends). No more out of stock inventory!
2: CHOOSE YOUR CURRENCY
We can hear reverb from the applause of our international guests all the way over to Colorado for this one. Prices will automatically be displayed in USD, CAD or AUD, depending on your country. You can choose the currency displayed in the top right corner. Payment will be collected in USD, but you’ll receive an estimate in your chosen currency.
Note: We keep rates up to date, but the final charge depends on your bank exchange rate.
3: GIFT CERTIFICATES WILL BECOME CREDITS ON YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
If you’ve been issued a gift certificate, it will become a credit on your account and will be added in the next few days. When you check out, if you have a credit on your account, it will automatically be taken off your total. You won’t have to keep track of gift codes and you can be assured that any credits you have are used fully.
4: LOYALTY POINTS AND BULK DISCOUNTS
For those that had issues with Loyalty Points, all those will be rectified this week as they are inputted into the system. You can apply points to any purchase, including bulk discounted items such as e-liquid, cartomizers and e-cigars. (insert proper links). Points will be integrated this week.

We’ve transferred all customer accounts and orders to the new system. However, we cannot transfer passwords for security reasons. We know this is inconvenient – but it’s for your security.
